Frequently asked questions
A few things women often want to know before their first session. Can't find what you're looking for? Reach out — Coach Raimah is happy to help.
Is coaching the same as therapy or counseling?
No. Coaching is forward-looking support focused on clarity, growth, and practical tools. It is not a substitute for licensed medical, psychiatric, emergency, or clinical mental health care. If clinical support is needed, Coach Raimah will gently encourage you to seek it.
Are sessions women-only?
Yes. Individual and group coaching is offered exclusively for women, in a respectful and spiritually conscious space. Couples guidance may be available in select cases by arrangement.
Is the coaching faith-based?
Yes. Guidance is anchored in the Qur'an and Sunnah and blended with emotional intelligence and evidence-based coaching tools. You are always met with compassion, never judgment.
How are sessions held?
Sessions are held privately, online or in person for those near Michigan. When you book, choose an available time and Coach Raimah's team will confirm the details with you by email.
What happens after I request a booking?
Your requested session is recorded and reviewed. You'll receive a confirmation once the time is approved. If a slot becomes unavailable, you'll be offered an alternative.
Is what I share kept confidential?
Absolutely. Everything you share is treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality within the bounds of the coaching relationship.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 36 hours before your session. Cancellations or changes made less than 36 hours in advance — and missed appointments — are non-refundable. Reach out through the contact page as early as you can.
